When the Apostle Paul reminds us of the glorious things that have taken place in our salvation by grace through faith, he also lays the foundation for a life-time of praying in faith. In this home church message, we explore Ephesians 2:1-10 as a way to encourage the "praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication," that Paul speaks of later in his letter (6:18). That kind of prayer requires the foundation Paul had earlier described, and the foundational work of salvation calls for prayer as the natural expression of what God has done for us in Christ.
